Crotty Services is run by its owner, Kyle Crotty, and that is deliberate: no rotating crew, no subcontractor turning up in someone else's truck, no script about a technician nobody has met. The locksmith who quotes the job is the one who arrives, and it is the same locksmith every time.
That is also why Crotty Services has no storefront. It is a mobile operation based in Lewistown, built around getting to you rather than you getting to a shop.
